frickin poetry!!!

so, i've had this one stanza of poetry stuck in my head ever since schallot referred to it obliquely in her fic 'reconcilable differences'. i KNOW we read the whole thing in english class, but i can't for the life of me remember who wrote it, nor can i find the handout we did- and i remember it becuase i drew freaky art on the last page. well, anyway, the stanza is this, the last one in the poem:

totally love it, can't remember it. >_< grrr.... on another note, i was blissfully lazy this afternoon. getting ready to go back to work..... monday is my first full day at work, 8.30 to 5.30, and it takes me half an hour to get there. lo~ong days are ahead for jenny. but i love my job, so much.... ^_^

in other news, the sky fell this morning. seriously! i dunno if anyone else was awake at like 6.30 or 7 this morning, but it totally just cracked open and poured all of a sudden. very cool!

well, jenny's off to do chores and things. and guess what!!! the hair is going! next saturday afternoon i have an appointment to chop it all off!!! le gasp! i have my uoh orientation/registration this wednesday through friday, and tkd saturday morning after that, and then- the leash gets it!!!!! dun-dun-DUN!!! i'm saving a lock of it, though, for posterity. ^____^;; yay!
