Aug. 29th, 2006 12:29 am*mopes* my computer won't work....
so we got back to houston at 10.20pm sunday night, even though we left at ~6pm, maybe 6.15. yuck. the tarp kept blowing up and blocking my rear view. so that wasn't fun. and then we had to unload everything, and omg lauren is a goddess for helping us get everything (ie tv, mini-fridge, computer, plus stuff) up all four flights of stairs. so yeah, sunday: was exhausted and sweaty and sweating blue because the tarp shed little flaky material bits all over everything. i felt like a smurf. *eyeroll*
and today was okay. i skimmed bks 4-8 of the illiad for human sit lecture, so i mostly knew what prof baldwin was talking about. then i went back to eat lunch, dropped my cougar1 card down a sidewalk drain and had to flag down a maintenance guy to fish it out, and unpacked. went to studio. postmordem on thursday's project was ugly- i didn't get an nac but i did get a check-minus, so i knew i should probably redo it- esp since prof kirkland marked all over it. >_<* finished today's projects by 7pm, ate dinner. then i went back to the dorm and unpacked my computer. it was working saturday just fine!!! but windows had an error and wouldn't boot when i got it all wired in earlier today. so i called done. nothing to do. computer is dead. *wails* no internet!!!!
so then i went back to the arch building from 9.30p-12.20a to redo thursday's project. and now i'm in the library, which is gonna close in a couple minutes, and need sleep. *mopes* bye.
