Scribbles in the Dark

in my family, our tradition on a golden birthday is that, every day leading up to your birthday, you get one small gift, and your party is on your golden birthday and you get one or two big gifts, not counting gifts from friends. mine was the 10th, when we were in germany, and i got things like a book or a giant candy bar or brand new colored pencils for june 1-9, then on the 10th was my party. (i remember it was pirate-themed....) thankfully, that's too childish for my widdle bwudder now. ^___^
