where are you at? i've gone tubing once before, but i have much more experience with large bodies of water, like lakes and oceans... the only rivers in this area are pretty polluted and not good for swimming in.
and yes, $195 for speeding + $105 for an out-of-date license + $25 for driver's ed + $105 to apply driver's ed to his record... adds up to lots and lots of money. T__T and now i am a poor, sad fiancee.
