the danger has passed
Nov. 13th, 2006 05:37 pmI LIVE!!!!!!
our cube projects are done (mine is, anyway) and turned in, and we only have a little more work to do that deals with them, and that doesn't count 'cause it's all shadow sketching with graphite and ink on vellum, not actually building anything. yay!!!!! models were due at 3.30p today; i finished at about 2p and was doing touch-ups until 3.15p- right up to the line. some people didn't finish- nyar!!!! i finished in a liesurely fashion, b/c i was smart and made myself stay until after midnight every day last week, rather than just not sleeping this weekend during crunch time. though i'll admit i did my fair share of losing sleep to this project, i didn't spnd 72 hours straight in studio (unlike some people....). we turned our prjects in, cleaned up the studio, and kirkland dismissed us at 4.30p- an hour and a half early!!!! i pwnd this project, guys. ^/___^ well, only two of my 24 pieces actually fit their 3x3 spaces- all the rest got smaller from too much completely necessary sanding. but my painting craft is phenomenal, my colour scheme is cool, and my composition is excellent, so overall i should be good... *eyeroll* it matters not, because i've turned it in, i can't do anything now.
i'm supposed to be doing algebra homework right now..... but this is fun too. oh, yeah, I GOT A FACEBOOK!!!!! earlier last week sometime. check it out!!!! lauren is my official 'facebook manager', since i have no time to actually check the thing myself. lauren, btw, would be the magnificent woman who brought me two pints of mint chocolate chip ice cream for lunch today, since i didn't leave studio once i got there at 9am. she is a goddess, people. ^/___^
alright, i really will go now. but before that, nee-san, for you:
( that wiseguy song i found. )
