Re: Good luck!
Date: 2009-12-01 07:38 am (UTC)tells how: usually, I a/take a picture with my cell b/send it to my email c/'save as' on laptop d/upload it to my Pbucket account e/c/p the html address that Pbucket gives f/use that in between the 'img src' and the '/>' g/make it bigger per LJ instructions, if necessary h/preview and AT LAST i/post as a comment or an entry. Phew. There must be a more computer literate way. I'm open to suggestions.
I was interested in the lower floor plans especially; I like blueprints and such, as Youngest was using CAD and then something more complex (Inventor? something like that) in high school. Looking at the process to post illustrations, though, it does seem like too much work to do. Maybe a little description would satisfy my yen.

Date: 2009-12-01 09:02 am (UTC)Well, gee, I can't resist talking about my designs! :D The project we've been working on for the past... um, six weeks? (I dunno exactly) is to add a day labor center to an unused parking lot where day laborers currently congregate. Kind of like bringing the building to the people who need it. (My studio professor for this semester is very activist/socialist. Run with it.) The details are more complicated than that, but the first floor is mostly the day labor center and the local transit center, while on the second floor there is a worker education center with offices and classrooms.
Okay, I'm not even half-way done. Do you want a pdf?
