i have a ton of work to do for both studio and my thesis. it's overwhelming. and it's not like i have a bunch of free time to get everything done. to quote greengecko, "i can rather pick and choose", can't i?

Date: 2010-10-22 03:33 am (UTC)You know, I don't know about the base of the microhome. I think maybe it is the frame on which it is set - since there is no foundation, you know? But it could be a swivel - the microhome could certainly be turned to face any direction when being installed. Hmmm... Good question!

Date: 2010-10-22 03:55 am (UTC)There's a spot maybe 2 entries down called 'High Kelling' and a postcard titled 'Bramblewood' which shows what I am talking about --- I was afraid I wouldn't find anything on Google and you'd think me a loon! But the house/cabin/whatever that's second from the right shows a distinct lack of foundation and the thing could be turned on a pivot, like a merrygoround.

That being said, this summer I might be off to Italy for a month and see some of those arch bridges...
