-lay down street and curbs
-assemble buildings
-make roofs for buildings
-add buildings to site

Defensive driving training is a plus, though --- what if you were driving with your model and had a fenderbender? All that work, gone!

I really loved doing DD online, I mean, as far as DD goes. Its easy-peasy and, unlike doing it in-person, you can do other stuff at the same time. Plus you don't have to do it all at once.
