work work work

i'm on lunch break at work. so~o much fun today!!!! but i'm really tired, because i stayed up till 3am without even realizing it last night, and of course i have to get up at 7.20 to get to work on time. *yawns* well, i can take a nap after this, during my lunch break. o~or i can skip my lunch break and go back to work, and get off an hour early. hm... nap is better. and i can only nap during my lunch break, which sucks b/c i don't get really tired until like 1.30 or 2 in the afternoon. this i know from last week. *grins* i'm so bad....

but i really, really love my job. i get to do cadd work all the time, and in the mornings when i haven't got any assignments yet, i spend an hour or two going through the manuals library. i'm supposed to be alphabetizing it by division and stacking up all the old manuals, but i also get to just leaf through everything and see all the sool stuff. *smirk* so, i'm horribly sidetracked sometimes. but it's really interesting stuff! all manuals about different types of things, like gypsum board. who knew there was so much gypsum board around? well, i'm betting nobody even knows what gypsum board is who's actually reading this, but that doesn't matter, cause i'm ;earning stuff, and it's cool.

i'm in the middle of some cadd work right now, putting up window markers on the plans for rudder high school and typing up the window schedule on excel. i'm useful! it's great! ^____^

okay, food now, then nap time. but i'm having a great day at work, even though i'm gonna be falling asleep at my desk in about two hours. and i've got tae kwon do tonight! *groans* i so need to take a nap when i get home! i was up reading late and didn't even realize the time. last night i went to a sleepover with all the other girls who graduated from my middle school with me and have just graduated high school. it was me, gracie, steph, lori, sarah, alli b., rachel, and sarah's mom, who's our small group leader in youth group. we're a pretty tight-knit group, and it was lots of fun. i'm gonna miss them this fall!!!

yeah, you can throw a sleepover, but i couldn't come. the whole guys being there thing is kind of a deterrent to my parents. ^_^ well, at our sleepover we ate and talked/reminisced and then got out the ouija board. so creepy, but oh so fun. lori and alli stayed on the couch to watch, they were so creeped out, but sarah was creeped in a way that made her want to keep playing. i did it with her until we could convince steph and rachel to play as well. *grin* so if you have a sleepover, get a ouija board.

lol, i've done that before, i find it funny. well that sucks that you couldn't stay the night here, but can't blame ya, Dan is scary looking at night, plus he might and try and steal my fun.
