myurbandreami can't decide if i'm happy or sad....
me and chari made it to austin about 9.30 sat night. i had a good night's sleep and went to see bri, cait, and meli on saturday, then i did lots and lots of laundry. *shudders* anyway, cait and bri have got me hooked on wiseguy now, those crazies. *huggles* but i love them anyway. (wiseguy=cop show from the 80's, very fun.) saturday night i slept really well- not that i was tired, i just slept soundly, it was incredible. maybe just being at home made me more comfortable or something, but i haven't been so dead to the world in a while. *grins* and i remember everything i dreamed about: it was a combination of wiseguy and gladiator. i went out at 11.15p saturday to rent gladiator and watched it with don. good movie. so then today: went to church, saw a bunch of old friends but then felt awkward in small-group sessions, b/c there isn't a college group. i ended up sitting w/ some of my friends in the junior girls' small-group. then after church i went shopping. *gags* i hate shopping so much. BUT!!!! i visited cait at her work, to give her my money for buzzfest, her cd, and one last big hug until october 7th. so now i'm just waiting for my last load of laundry to get out of the dryer, and then i'm going back to houston.
i really want to go back, but at the same time i really want to stay here with my friends. but i can't. but i wish i could. i just need a teleport from my dorm to my bedroom here in austin, and then everything would be okay. *cries* i miss everyone when i'm in class. and i'm not coming home for 5 weeks!!!! oct 22 is the next time i'll be in austin.
